Refunds requests must be made within 24 hours from the purchase date.
Product refunds can only be made prior to the download of the product. Once a download of the product has been made from your account, the product is no longer eligible for a refund.
Book Club Membership refunds can only be made for Book Club Membership prior to the purchase of any product or service offered on eKNowledge4me.com. Once is purchase has been made under your Book Club Membership it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards are non-refundable, and Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Request for Refund
To make a refund request, log into your account. In My Orders, location the Order #, select refund and complete the request form. In your claim form refund, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. Your Refund request will be reviewed within 24 hours. Upon review, you will be notified of the disposition. If your refund requests is approved your refund request will be processed immediately. Refunds of $20 or less will be made in Reward Points. Refunds over $20 will be made back to your payment account.
Prior to ordering, please, make sure you have carefully read and understood the product’s system requirements. If you are not sure about product compatibility, or have questions about product features, please contact Customer Care. All inquiries are free of charge.
Upon confirmation of your request for a refund, you must also destroy all copies of the software you may have made or stored in any place, as well as uninstall the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. All licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. No refunds are issued for provided services (including product installation, customization and software development) if provided services meet predefined specifications.
